George Michael received a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus.
He worked at the Data-Driven Multithreading Laboratory at the University of Cyprus for a few years researching high-performance computing.
He then worked as a full-stack developer at XM.COM and CeraNext LTD.
He is an active Cyprus Computer Society (CCS) and IEEE volunteer and has held various positions since 2006.
